ROP-X Drops may be beneficial in treating inflammation of the uterus causing catarrhal material, pus, or mucopurulent creamy discharges. ROP-X Drops may help clear the uterus of micro-organisms or placental debris left in the uterus after a difficult delivery.
Dosage: 20-25 drops three times in a day or as directed by the Doctor.

Composition
HOMEOPATHIC FORMULATION
ROP-X is a combination of different homeopathic medicines which has proven effective in the retention of the placenta. It is based on the homeopathic principle ie “Similia Similibus Curanter” Likes to be treated by likes hence one can easily understand that the following symptoms of different medicines when available in the case can be cured by these medicines.
CAULOPHYLLUM 30:
Abortion threatened. Paraplegia from disorders of the uterus. The bearing down ceased and the fingers pains returned and continued till delivery when they ceased for a few days. Then the lochia increased to flooding – passive, dark, liquid; with great weakness. and now the terrible finger pains returned.
SABINA 30:
Miscarriage (in the third month). Inflammation of the uterus after parturition. Retained placenta. After -pains with sensitiveness of abdomen.
PULSATILLA 30:
False labor pains. Threatened abortion; flow ceases and then returns with double force, ceases again, and so on. Convulsions following sluggish or irregular labor pains; unconscious; cold, clammy, pale face; stertorous breathing and full pulse. Retained placenta, want of action or spasmodic contraction. Lochia scanty, becoming milky; feverish, but no thirst. Suppression of lochial discharges. Puerperal fever.
SEPIA 200:
Disposition to miscarriages from fifth to the seventh month. Retained placenta after miscarriage; discharges offensive, corrosive with recurrent hemorrhages. Terrible itching of Labor: os half-open, pain insufficient, tenderness of anterior lip of the mouth of the uterus, pain above pubes, as if everything would come out; shuddering with pains, can bear them. vulva, causing abortion.
