HOMEOPATHIC FORMULATION

MESTI-X is a combination of different homeopathic medicines which has proven effective in acute mastitis. It is based on the homeopathic principle ie “Similia Similibus Curanter” Likes to be treated by likes hence one can easily understand that the following symptoms of different medicines when available in the case can be cured by these medicines.

CHAMOMILLA 30C:

A hard node beneath the nipple, painful to touch, with at times drawing-tearing pain. The scirrhous hardness of the mammary glands. Burning in the chest. Stitches in the right nipple. Stitches below the left nipple.

APIS MELLIFICA 30C:

Mammae: burning, stinging, swelling, hardness, even suppuration. Erysipelatous in ammation of mammae. Mammae suppurated, opened twice; right breast hard, swollen, and tender; used externally and internally. Considerable swelling and hardness of mammae. Scirrhus of mammae. Cancer of mammae; open cancer, with stinging, burning.

MERCURIUS SOLUBILIS 200C:

Mammae swelled hard, with ulcerative pains; suppuration. Abscesses in the breast, with ulcerated nipples; syphilitic origin.

CALCAREA PHOSPHORICA 30C:

After prolonged nursing. Child refuses breast; milk tastes salty.

ACONITUM NAPELLUS 30C:

After pains very severe; last too long, with great restlessness, Milk fever; mammae hot, hard, tense, with scanty milk; fever, with delirium and great anxiety.

PULSATILLA 30C:

Its action upon the Ovaries, uterus, and mammae, is most wonderful. Its fullest powers are displayed in the female organism.

CONIUM MACULATUM 30C:

Breasts Abby. – Inflammations of the mammae, with stitches; scirrhous of the mammae after contusion. Scirrhous induration of the mammary glands, with itching and shooting pains.

PHELLENDRIUM 30C:

Sticking pain through right breast near the sternum, extending to back near shoulders. Pain in milk ducts; intolerable between nursing. Pain in nipples.
