HOMEOPATHIC FORMULATION

FMD-X is a combination of different homeopathic medicines which has proven effective for foot and mouth disease. It is based on the homeopathic principle ie “Similia Similibus Curanter” Likes to be treated by likes hence one can easily understand that the following symptom of different medicines when available in a case can be cured by these medicines.

MERC SOLUBILIS 200C:

Lymphatic glands are enlarged, glandular activity increases, especially of salivary and mucus glands. Mumps if suppuration threatens. Pimples on the face. Corners of mouth ulcerated and painfully sore. Yellowish scabs around the mouth. Swelling or cracking of upper lip. Saliva increased, flows during sleep.

NATRUM MURIATICUM 30C:

Vesicles and ulcers in the mouth and on the tongue, smart and burn when touched by food. Blood blisters on the inside of the upper lip. Eruptions around mouth and vesicles like pearls on lips. – Lachrymation. Salty taste in the mouth. Salivation, toothache with salivation. Fever blisters and cold sores. Herpes about the lip. Lips and corners of mouth dry, ulcerated, and cracked. Lips tingle, feel numb. Crack in the middle of the lower lip. Swollen upper lip.

RHUS TOXICODENDRON 30C:

Salivation must spit frequently. Coppery, herby, or bitter taste. Much tough mucus in mouth and throat. Bloody saliva runs during sleep. Gums sore. Mouth filled with herpes sores. Herpes on lips. Fever blisters around mouth and chin. Corners of mouth cracked, ulcerated.

ARSENICUM ALBUM 30C:

Ulceration of mouth with dryness and burning heat. Bloody saliva. Metallic taste. Dryness of mouth. Aphthae in the mouth. Sore lips and ulcers in the mouth.

MERC CORROSIVUS 30C:

Salivation with a salty taste. Metallic taste. Taste, astringent, salty, bitter. Discharge of albuminous mucus from mouth. Burning, scalding sensation in the mouth. Aphthae, ulcers, pyorrhea. Gums, purple, swollen, spongy with a toothache. Teeth loss, nightly toothache.

SULPHURIC ACID 30C:

Bloody saliva from the mouth. Offensive breath. Ulcers spread rapidly. Gums bleed easily. Pyorrhea.

HEPAR SULPH 200C:

Middle of lower lip cracked. Ulcers in corners of the mouth. Gums and mouth are painful to touch and bleed readily.
